PURPOSE: An attachment for dentures is provided to prevent deformation of and damage to the attachment and to reduce efforts needed in maintenance and repair as a masticatory force from dentures is not transferred to a side of an abutment and a fixture. CONSTITUTION: An attachment (10) for dentures is installed to connect a fixture (20) that is implanted in an alveolar bone and dentures, wherein the attachment comprises an abutment (30) including a binding port (31) formed on a side while coupling with the fixture； a housing (50) of which one side is bonded to flexibly surround an outer periphery of the binding port of the abutment and the other side is fixedly bound with the dentures and thus assembles the denture detachably on a side of the abutment； a control cap (60) that is screw-connected inside the housing and controls the height of the housing with respect to the binding port of the abutment； and a space part that is formed between the binding port of the abutment and the control cap and blocks a masticatory force transferred from the denture to the fixture. The housing comprises a body (51) that is attached and fixed with the denture as the control cap is screw-connected therein； an elastic part (52) that is protruded in a cylinder shape on one side of the body to surround the binding port of the abutment and is divided into multiple divisions by multiple cut-out parts (54) as well； and a supporting part (53) that is formed in a shape curved inward at an end part of the elastic part such that an internal diameter of the supporting part is formed smaller than an external diameter of the binding port.본 발명은 틀니용 어태치먼트에 관한것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 틀니를 어버트먼트측에 탄력적으로 탈착가능하게 조립시키는 하우징을 설치함과 아울러 상기 어버트먼트에 대한 상기 하우징의 높낮이를 조절하는 조절캡을 설치하고, 특히 상기 어버트먼트와 상기 조절캡의 사이에는 상기 틀니에서부터 픽스츄어로 전달되는 저작력(씹는힘)을 차단하는 공간부를 형성함으로써, 상기 틀니의 유지력을 유지함은 물론 상기 틀니로부터의 저작력이 상기 픽스츄어로 전달되지 않아 어태치먼트의 변형 및 파손을 방지하고, 이로인해 유지보수를 대폭 줄일 수 있고, 또한 상기 조절캡의 조절을 통해 틀니의 유지력을 적절하게 조절할 수 있는 틀니용 어태치먼트에 관한 것이다.
