PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of opening/closing time and labor in work of removing a weight and a drop lid, untying a draw string to take out pickles and sealing, and a sanitary problem associated with the scatter of soaking liquid although food pickles in general homes are pickled by laying a plastic bag in a container, to pickle food therein, closing a bag opening with a string, a rubber band or the like to put a drop lid thereon, and pressing the food with a weight to pickle it.SOLUTION: A pickle takeout cap is combined with a drop lid for pickles to integrate the function of the drop lid with a takeout port. A plastic bag for pickles is fixed to the drop lid by screw-fastening, and a takeout port of a screw-type cap is provided to facilitate opening/closing for taking out pickles.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 一般家庭の食品漬物は、容器にポリ袋を敷きその中に漬け込み、袋口を紐、輪ゴム等で閉じ、落とし蓋を被せ、重石で鎮圧して漬け込むのが一般的である。その漬物を、重石、落とし蓋をはずし、口紐を解き、取り出し密閉する。この作業には、開封、閉じの手間や、漬け汁の飛散が伴い衛生上等の課題があった。【手段】 漬物用の落とし蓋に、漬物取り出しキャップを組み合わせ、おとし蓋の機能と、取り出し口を一体化する。漬物用ビニール袋を、落とし蓋にねじ締め込みで固定し、ねじ式キャップの取り出し口を設け、漬物の取り出しの開閉を容易にしたものである。【選択図】図4
