A fish measuring device comprising a substantially rigid frame and a substantially flexible sling arranged to be attached to the frame. The sling is composed of water impermeable material, ideally forming a continuous surface with no perforations. The frame further comprises a weighing gauge and is configured to be collapsible when not in use.
