An object of the present invention is to provide an endocytosis enhancer comprising an aggregate formed of a fluorescent protein. The fluorescent protein is preferably any one fluorescent protein selected from the group consisting of white fluorescent protein, red fluorescent protein, yellow fluorescent protein, blue fluorescent protein, and green fluorescent protein. The endocytosis enhancer of the present invention can enhance the introduction by the endocytosis into the cells of the drug contained in the micelle formed of carbosilane dendrimer carrying the fluorescent protein.본 발명은 형광 단백질에 의해서 형성된 회합체로 이루어지는 엔도사이토시스 증강제를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기 형광 단백질은 백색 형광 단백질, 적색 형광 단백질, 황색 형광 단백질, 청색 형광 단백질, 및 녹색 형광 단백질로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 형광 단백질인 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명의 엔도사이토시스 증강제는 형광 단백질을 담지시킨 카르보실란 덴드리머로 형성된 미셀에 내포된 약물의 세포 내로 엔도사이토시스에 의한 도입을 증강할 수 있다.
