A drug releasing and detecting device comprises a detecting tube which is assembled with one end of each of a drug delivery tube, a fluorescent tube and an optical fiber and is utilized to enter a to-be-detected substance so that a drug can pumped to the to-be-detected substance by a first syringe pump via the drug delivery tube. The fluorescent tube connected with a second syringe pump is utilized to deliver a first fluorescent substance and a second fluorescent substance, in which the first fluorescent substance is diffusively attached to a space environment cell in the to-be-detected substance, and the second fluorescent substance is diffusively attached to a not-to-be-detected autologous cell with specific physiological activity in the to-be-detected substance. The optical fiber signally connected with a spectrograph is used for stimulating the drug in the to-be-detected substance for releasing and detecting the diffusion concentrations of the first and second fluorescent substances at a wavelength different from that of the optical fiber, and the spectrograph is used for analyzing the concentration distribution of the first and second fluorescent substances.一種藥物釋放與檢測裝置,包括:檢測管集結有輸藥管、螢光管與光纖各一端,且檢測管進入待測物內,藥劑由注射器幫浦經輸藥管至待測物;螢光管連接另一注射器幫浦輸送第一螢光物與第二螢光物,第一螢光物擴散附著於待測物內空間環境細胞,而第二螢光物擴散附著於待測物中特定生理活性非待測物自身細胞;光纖訊號連接光譜儀,以光纖激發於待測物中的藥劑釋放,以及不同於前述光纖波長而感測第一螢光物與第二螢光物擴散濃度,而由光譜儀分析第一、二螢光物濃度分佈。1‧‧‧檢測管2‧‧‧輸藥管3‧‧‧螢光管4‧‧‧光纖5‧‧‧注射器幫浦6‧‧‧注射器幫浦7‧‧‧光譜儀
