PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report preparation system for preventing linkage of medical images from being omitted by checking the necessity of linkage of the medical images to an image reading report.SOLUTION: Relationship between respective phrases included in a sentence input to a prepared image reading report and respective phrases of a sentence linked with a past image reading report is determined and a degree of similarity between both the sentences is calculated from the determination result. Then, a message is displayed suggesting the necessity of linkage of a medical image linked with one of a group of sentences whose similarity degree is calculated as being a prescribed degree or more to the other.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】読影レポートへの医用画像のリンク付けの必要性をチェックすることで、医用画像のリンク付けを忘失してしまうことを防止するレポート作成システムを提供する。【解決手段】作成されている読影レポートに入力されたセンテンスに含まれる各フレーズと過去の読影レポートのリンク付きセンテンスの各フレーズの関連性を判断し、判断結果から双方のセンテンスの類似度を算出する。そして、所定以上の類似度が算出された組の一方にリンク付けされている医用画像の他方へのリンク付けの必要性を示唆するメッセージを表示する。【選択図】図1
