<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report preparation device for simply preparing a link to medical images in a short period of time. <；P>；SOLUTION: A diagnostic reading report in which each character string in a sentence is identified is displayed on a report display screen, a medical image is displayed on an image display screen. When a dragged medical image is dropped, the range of a character string to be linked is specified on the basis of the position of the dropped medical image and the identification of the each character string in the sentence.
