PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a stem of grown crop at two positions of the upper and lower levels, and hold and convey a cut-out intermediate portion of the stem backward.SOLUTION: A device for cutting and conveying a stem includes a frame 3 that is mounted on a moving machine 2.
