PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen supply adapter for speech valves capable of appropriately securing an oxygen concentration of air to be inspired by oxygen supplied from an outer opening of the speech valve and allowing a patient to comfortably inspire by inhibiting an increase in inhalation resistance when a patient inspires.SOLUTION: An oxygen supply adapter 30 for speech valves is attached to a speech valve 20 and supplies an inspiratory port 24 of the speech valve 20 with the oxygen. The oxygen supply adapter includes: an oxygen supply tube 31 for supplying the inspiratory port 24 with the oxygen and a first wall 32 that inhibits the oxygen blown out from the oxygen supply tube 31 from flowing from the inspiratory port 24 towards the outer periphery.
