PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information analysis device capable of efficiently processing measurement data in which there is a blank point having no measured value, for identifying a state of a subject.SOLUTION: A signal processing device functions as a biological information analysis device for analyzing biological information of a user U who is a subject and identifying a state of the user U. Measurement data InD acquired by the signal processing device is configured so that plural measurement points DP having a measured value and plural blank points BP having no measured value are arranged.
