PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processor, a biological information processing system, a biological information processing method, and a biological information processing program capable of calculating a reliable pulse rate.SOLUTION: A biological information processor includes a pulse wave acquisition unit 981 for acquiring a pulse wave signal of a user, an electrocardiograph acquisition unit (a heart rate acquisition unit 961) for acquiring an electrocardiographic signal of the user, and a processing unit (an analysis unit 95) for calculating biological information of the user based on the pulse wave signal.
