PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of a fertilizer or a chemical supplied to a farm field with regard to a supply position of individual seedlings or rice seeds to the farm field.SOLUTION: Intermittent feed mechanisms 70 are provided in such a manner that one supply position of seedlings or rice seeds supplied by a planting/sowing device is set to be a first reference position, and a supply position of a fertilizer or a chemical by a granular feeder, which is a position nearest to the first reference position, is set to be a second reference position.
