PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical supply device desired in which fertilizer and various chemicals can be supplied at appropriate time semi-automatically.SOLUTION: A chemical supply device according to the present invention includes: capsule members obtained by coating at least one kind substance or more selected from among a nutrient of a microorganism, fertilizer, chemicals and a water quality conditioning agent, by a coating material having water-solubility or/and biodegradation； and a cylindrical member with an opened upper edge portion and lower edge portion. The chemical supply device is filled with the capsule members in a hollow portion of the standing cylindrical member.
