PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shift circuit that implements a reduced circuit size, and implements a desired electrical characteristic by reducing effects of parasitic components even at a high frequency.SOLUTION: The phase shift circuit includes: a series circuit comprising a field effect transistor 2a and an inductor 3a connected between input/output terminals 1a, 1b; a series circuit comprising capacitors 4a, 4b connected between the input/output terminals 1a, 1b; a capacitor 4c connected between a junction between the capacitors 4a, 4b and a ground; and a series circuit comprising a field effect transistor 2b and an inductor 3b connected between the junction between the capacitors 4a, 4b and the ground.
