A cervical pillow is disclosed. The cervical pillow includes a padded member (100) and a solid block member (200) inserted inside the padded member. The padded member has a rectangular flat bottom side, a rounded front side (see 107, figure 5), a back side (103), vertically flat left and right sides (104), and a top surface (105). The top surface has a flat portion (see 105a) connecting to the front side, a concave potrtion in the middle (see 105b, figure 5), and a convex portion (105c) connecting to the back side. The shape of the top surface is complementary to the curve of a user&rsquos neck such that the user&rsquos cervical lordosis will stay in a clinically normal range of 31 degrees to 40 degrees. The padded member (100) may be made of foam, rubber or cotton. The solid block member (200) may be made from plastic or compressed rubber and supports the weight of the user&rsquos neck.
