PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel material that has shock-absorbing characteristics for a mechanical load and sufficient extensibility in order to follow a movement and also exhibits excellent moisture permeability.SOLUTION: The silicone porous material is provided, which has a water-insoluble solid particle dispersible in water existing in continuous pores.
