The present invention relates to a method for ripening and coloring fruit, comprising: a sealing cover preparation step (S100) an ethylene-producing agent embedding step (S200) of embedding an ethylene-producing agent in the sealing cover prepared in the sealing cover preparation step (S100) a sealing step (S300) of wrapping and sealing a fruit on a tree with the sealing cover an ripening and coloring step (S400) of leaving the fruit for a predetermined period of time after the sealing step (S300) so as to ripen and color the fruit and a fruit-harvesting step (S500) of removing the sealing cover after the predetermined period of time has elapsed, and harvesting the fruit.
