A pharmaceutical composition comprising a polypeptide having a PH domain PHLDA family protein, and, an object of the present invention to provide therapeutic pharmaceutical agents for tumors containing the pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical compositions of the invention contain the expression vector DNA encoding the polypeptide or polypeptide having a PH domain PHLDA family protein is inserted.
