PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage on a pharmaceutical syringe caused by a fall, in the present invention related to a syringe unit and a medicine injection device mounted with the same.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a stopper 22 is inserted into a holder 10 from a rear end side opening part 17 of the holder 10 under a state that a pharmaceutical syringe 21 is inserted into the holder 10. Then, while the pharmaceutical syringe 21 is prevented from falling from the holder 10 by the stopper 22, a rear end side of the pharmaceutical syringe 21 is supported.
