This invention relates to a new application that the fermented mung bean products use as an additive of the farm animals’ daily food, and the fermented mung bean products are produced by specific solid state fermentation especially. The fermented mung bean products used as an additive of the farm animals’ daily food could also inhibit farm animals’ inflammation and improve their immunocompetence.
