PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed type culture system capable of decomposing and removing ammonia in culture water to a concentration which does not influence the existence of fish and shellfish, while preventing the generation of adverse oxidant, by accurately measuring an ammonia concentration of the culture water during ozone treatment and preventing excessive ozone treatment, and a control method for the same.SOLUTION: A closed type culture system includes: an ozone treatment part 3 for decomposing and removing ammonia contained in culture water by ozone treating the culture water taken out of a culture water tank 2 an oxidant removing part 4 for adding a reductant agent to the culture water ozone treated in the ozone treatment part 3 and removing oxidant generated in the culture water by ozone treatment and an ammonia concentration measuring device 5 measuring an ammonia concentration of the ozone treated culture water, provided in a pipe conduit connecting the ozone treatment part 3 and the oxidant removing part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】オゾン処理中の養殖水のアンモニア濃度を正確に計測し、過剰なオゾン処理を防止することにより有害なオキシダントの発生を防止しつつ、養殖水中のアンモニアを魚介類の生存に影響しない濃度にまで分解除去することができる閉鎖型養殖システム及びその制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】飼育水槽2から取り出した養殖水をオゾン処理して前記養殖水に含まれるアンモニアを分解除去するオゾン処理部3と、前記オゾン処理部3でオゾン処理した養殖水に還元剤を添加してオゾン処理により前記養殖水に発生したオキシダントを除去するオキシダント除去部4と、前記オゾン処理部3と前記オキシダント除去部4との間を結ぶ管路にオゾン処理した養殖水のアンモニア濃度を測定するアンモニア濃度測定器5を設けた閉鎖型養殖システムである。【選択図】図1
