Adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) is pivotable about body (2, 102, 202) about central longitudinal axis (10, 110, 210) of injection device (1, 101, 201) in first rotation direction (45) when adjusting the amount of injection liquid squeezed out from injection device (1, 101, 201). Adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) is movable in the distal direction by third threaded connection (23, 123). Adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) is rotatable in second rotation direction (51) opposite to first rotation direction (45) and movable proximally while squeezing the injected liquid from reservoir (5, 105). Delivery part is connected to fixing device (25, 125, 225). Fixing device (25, 125, 225) operates when adjusting the amount of liquid injected from reservoir (5, 105).
