The present invention relates to a multi-purpose grain drier operating method. In detail, the invention relates to a method for calculating an air flow rate, an air flow temperature, and a circulation speed which are drying factors of a multi-purpose grain drier in order to have high drying efficiency. An operation condition calculating method of the multi-purpose grain drier of the invention includes a step of calculating a water content percentage ratio (MR) of grain according to drying time (t), relative humidity (RH), and temperature of inflow air (T) and a step of calculating drying temperature, an air flow rate, and grain falling speed of the grain drier by using the water content percentage ratio.본 발명은 다목적 곡물 건조기 운영 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 높은 건조 효율을 갖도록 다목적 건조기의 건조 요인인 송풍량, 송풍온도, 순환속도를 산출하는 방안에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명의 다목적 곡물건조기의 운영 조건 산출 방법은 건조시간(t), 상대습도(RH), 유입된 공기의 온도(T)에 따른 곡물의 함수율비(MR)를 산출하는 단계, 산출된 상기 함수율비를 이용하여 곡물 건조기의 건조온도, 송풍량, 곡물 낙하 속도를 산출하는 단계를 포함한다.
