A process for a preparing synergistic herbal composition, comprising the steps of obtaining fi-esh leaves of Trachyspermum ammi, cleaning and soaking of said leaves in mineral water placing said wet and -clean leaves on a preheated panldish, obtaining an extract of said leaves by crushing said leaves by applying pressure by means of a manual grinder, .filtering said extract and adding said extract with at least one sugar based liquid, heating said synergistic mixture in a preheated paddish to obtain the desired synergistic herbal composition.
