An oral pharmaceutical form comprising between 0.4 and 0.6% by weight (w / w) of a lubricant, 3% by weight (w / w) of a disintegrant, between 17 and 20% by weight (w / p) of silicon dioxide charged with GS-9350 (Cobicistat) corresponding to a total amount of 150 mg of free equivalent of GS-9350, and between 50 and 60% by weight (w / w) of granulate of darunavir, said darunavir granulate consisting of darunavir and / or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable solvates or salts, hypromellose and any residual water of the granulation.Una forma farmacéutica oral que comprende entre un 0.4 y un 0.6% en peso (p/p) de un lubricante, un 3% en peso (p/p) de un desintegrante, entre un 17 y un 20% en peso (p/p) de dióxido de silicio cargado con GS-9350 (Cobicistat) correspondiente a una cantidad total de 150 mg de equivalente en forma libre de GS-9350, y entre un 50 y un 60% en peso (p/p) de granulado de darunavir, estando dicho granulado de darunavir constituido por darunavir y/o uno de sus solvatos o sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, hipromelosa y cualquier agua residual de la granulación.
