The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a surgical operation needle and a ball-type needle manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a surgical operation needle comprises: a first step of forming a front end portion of the needle in a blunt shape by hitting the front end portion with vibration of a hitting unit located in an upper portion and a lower portion； a second step of grinding a hit surface mark, formed by hitting in the prior step, on the blunt portion on the front end portion of the needle by grinding the hit surface mark with a rotated grinding roller installed on a rotation plate； a third step of forming a smooth surface and a ball-type needle front end in a round shape by sinking the ground surface mark, formed by the grinding action in the prior step, on the blunt portion of the needle front end portion in a solvent； and a fourth step of joining a rear end portion of the needle having the ball-type front end portion, formed by the sinking action in the prior step, to a hub. The ball-type needle has the body front end in the shape of a ball, which is not sharp but blunt, and has a snagging prevention part, which is easy to insert and extract and is inserted inside a withdrawal hole. When inserted into skin, the ball-type needle prevents hemorrhage by preventing a blood vessel from being damaged and enables both the person who performs surgery, and the person being operated on to have psychological stability.본 발명은 시술용 바늘의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 볼 타입 바늘에 관한 것으로, 제조방법은 바늘 선단을 상하부에 위치된 타격부 진동으로 항타하여 바늘 선단 부위를 무딘 형태로 형성하는 제1단계, 상기 단계의 항타로 인한 바늘 선단의 무딘 부위에 대한 항타 표면 자국을 회전판에 장착된 연마롤러의 회전으로 연마하여 제거하는 제2단계, 상기 단계의 연마로 인한 바늘 선단의 무딘 부위에 대한 연마 표면 자국을 용매에 함침하여 표면의 매끄러운 처리 및 라운드 형상을 지닌 볼 타입의 바늘 선단을 형성하는 제3단계, 상기 단계의 함침으로 인하여 선단이 볼 타입으로 형성된 바늘 후단을 허브와 결합시키는 제4단계를 포함하고, 상기 볼 타입 바늘은 몸체 선단이 예리하지 못한 무딘 형태의 라운드 형상을 갖는 볼 형상이고, 인출공 내부에 실의 취출이 용이한 걸림방지구가 인서트된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하면서, 피부 자입 시 혈관 훼손을 막아 출혈을 방지하고, 시술자 및 피시술자 모두의 심리적 안정감을 제공할 수 있다.
