The present invention relates to an industrial face protective equipment to be worn on a face of a worker during painting work or sanding work, and more specifically, to an industrial face protective equipment, which prevents protective glasses configured on the face protective equipment from being polluted and damaged by installing a sheet replacement film on the face protective equipment, and improves work efficiency by simply and quickly replacing the sheet replacement film during the painting work or sanding work in a narrow place to work. The industrial face protective equipment comprises: a body part formed with a view security hole disposed on a face of a worker and configured to secure view and a face protection part installed on a front side of the body part and protecting the face of the worker from foreign substances or fragments generated during work.
