PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a rise in the temperature of an ultrasonic probe pertaining to the ultrasonic probe with a receiving circuit built in and to an ultrasonic diagnostic system with the ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe 3 comprises a group 27 of oscillators containing a plurality of oscillators which convert ultrasonic waves to electric reception signals, a plurality of LNAs 29 and a receiving circuit such as a sub array beam former 30 for carrying out a receiving processing of the reception signals, a sequence control part 31, and a bias control part 32.
