PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adapter which allows a puncture needle to be properly inserted to a target position on a scan line of an ultrasonic probe without depending on a guide hole.SOLUTION: A puncture adapter 1 attached to an ultrasonic probe 2 includes a first mirror surface 11 which is inclined upward and a second mirror surface 12 which is located on the lower side of the first mirror surface 11 and inclined downward. The first mirror surface 11 is provided at a position and angle facing one eye of a user in the use state of the ultrasonic probe 2.
