The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thermal transpiration device capable of dispersing a drug solution over a wider range, without requiring an auxiliary machine such as a fan, etc. The thermal transpiration device (1) comprises: a cover (3) which covers the upper part of a liquid container (101) and that has a bent section (3c) between a side wall (3a) and a ceiling wall (3b), an outer circumference transpiration port (3d) that opens into the bent section (3c), and a central transpiration port (19) positioned above a liquid suction core (105) opening into the ceiling wall (3b) a holding section (5) that removably holds the liquid container (101) on the internal side of the cover (3) a heater (6) housed in the cover (3), that freely heats the liquid suction core (105) and a guiding section (7) that guides the drug solution (106) vaporized from the liquid suction core (105) by the heating of the heater (6), to the outer circumference transpiration port (3d).
