PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical fluid sucking composite needle capable of suppressing the foaming of a medical fluid to efficiently suck the medical fluid in a medical fluid container, a medical fluid container using it and a medical fluid sucking method.SOLUTION: The medical fluid sucking composite needle 10 includes a needle base part 13 having a vial container holding port 11a for receiving a vial container 11 and a syringe holding port 12a for holding a syringe 12, the suction needle 14 arranged so as to pierce through the needle base part 13 from the vial container holding port 11a to the syringe holding port 12a and the adjusting needle 15 piercing through the needle base part 13 from the side surface 13a of the needle base part 13 to the vial container holding port 11a and arranged in parallel to the suction needle 14 up to the area above the vial container holding port 11a.
