PURPOSE: A honey concentration apparatus is provided to remove excessive moistures from honey without using a high temperature heater, and to evaporate the moistures in warm temperatures to concentrate the honey. CONSTITUTION: A honey concentration apparatus comprises the following: a case(10) including a storage space(A) for storing honey, and an inlet(11) connected to the outside； a dehumidifier(20) inserting dry air(Z) into the storage space through one end, and sucking wet air(C) from the storage space through the other end to circulate air； and an air outlet pipe(30) discharging the dry air supplied from the dehumidifier into the storage space to generate wet air by the moistures contained in the honey.
