PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper for care, which is structured to easily attach/detach a belly pad part, a back pad part and a leakage preventing member.SOLUTION: The diaper for care comprises: a belly pad member to cover near a part below the navel a back pad member to cover the hip part a storage structure to store excreta of a user and a crotch cover member structured to cover the crotch and the periphery of the crotch, including a leakage preventing member having an opening part which is attached to the belly pad member and the back pad member and to which the storage structure is attached to be tightly adhered to the crotch and the periphery of the crotch of a human body to prevent the leakage of the excreta from the storage structure.
