A plurality of fixing holes(25) is installed on one side of the pipe groove part at a predetermined distance. A rubber packing is built in the center of the pipe body. An insertion pipe part(10) has a smaller diameter than the diameter of the pipe body. The rubber packing is built in the center of the insertion pipe part. An insertion pipe groove part(11) is formed at the upper side of the insertion pipe part in a V shape.
