PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baked jiaozi which can be held by a hand when eaten, having an excellent texture of the baked skin and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A meat filling is held by two sheets of jiaozi skins (14 and 15). A jiaozi 1 held between two sheets of baking molds (21 and 22) from upper and lower sides is baked. The baked jiaozi 1 includes a central thick portion 11 in a three-dimensional shape to wrap the meat filling and a peripheral skin part 12 in a planar shape formed of the two sheets of crimped jiaozi skins.
