PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress release of heating odor from a deodorization filter to the outside of a housing.SOLUTION: An air cleaner comprises: a cylindrical deodorization filter； a centrifugal fan disposed on the inner peripheral side of the deodorizing filter and generating an air flow passing through the deodorizing filter； a housing having a bottom surface portion, side surface portions, and an upper surface portion and having an opening in at least one of the side surface portions and the upper surface portion, and accommodating the deodorizing filter in a space surrounded by the bottom surface portion, the side surface portions, and the upper surface portion； a driving part for rotating the deodorizing filter in the circumferential direction of the deodorizing filter； a rotation support part for supporting the peripheral surface of the deodorizing filter so that the deodorizing filter can rotate in the circumferential direction of the deodorizing filter； a heating part disposed opposite to the peripheral surface of the deodorizing filter on the bottom surface portion side in the housing and heating the deodorizing filter； and a heat release area disposed on the downstream side in the rotation direction of the deodorizing filter with respect to the heating part and on the bottom surface portion side in the housing, and releasing the heat of the deodorizing filter heated by the heating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】脱臭フィルタの加熱臭が筐体の外部へ放出されることを抑える。【解決手段】筒状の脱臭フィルタと、脱臭フィルタの内周側に配置され、脱臭フィルタを通過する気流を発生する遠心ファンと、底面部と側面部と上面部とを有すると共に、側面部と上面部のうち少なくとも一方に開口を有し、底面部と側面部と上面部とで囲まれた空間内に脱臭フィルタを収容する筐体と、脱臭フィルタを脱臭フィルタの周方向に回転させる駆動部と、脱臭フィルタが脱臭フィルタの周方向に回転可能となるように、脱臭フィルタの周面を支持する回転支持部と、筐体内における底面部側に脱臭フィルタの周面に対向して配置され、脱臭フィルタを加熱する加熱部と、加熱部に対して脱臭フィルタの回転方向における下流側でかつ、筐体内における底面部側に配置され、加熱部によって加熱された脱臭フィルタの熱を放熱するための放熱領域と、を備える。【選択図】図１
