PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treatment device capable of sufficiently securing a blood flow path and shortening a filtration time even when a blood outflow chamber is in negative pressure in filtering blood.SOLUTION: A blood inflow port 7I is disposed on a base end side of first/second housings formed of flexible sheets, and a blood outflow port 7O is disposed on a terminal side of the first/second housings. A blood treatment member 5 formed by stacking a plurality of nonwoven fabrics with a predetermined thickness is disposed in the first/second housings. A blood inflow chamber 2IR is formed between the inner periphery of the first housing and an inside filtration part 5FI of the blood treatment member 5, and a blood outflow chamber 2OR is formed between the inner periphery of the second housing and an outside filtration part 5FO of the blood treatment member 5. Roughly tubular spacers T are disposed between the inner wall of the second housing in the blood outflow chamber 2OR and the outside filtration part 5FO.
