PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary working machine capable of reliably eliminating earth and soil attached to an apron member.SOLUTION: The rotary working machine 10 includes: a working rotor 5 a shield cover body part 2 for covering the upper side of the working rotor 5 an apron body part 3 arranged at a rear side direction position of the shield cover body part 2 and a connection part 31 for rotatably connecting the shield cover body part 2 and the apron body part 3. A first cover material 21a is joined with the shield cover body part 2. A fifth cover material 21e is joined with the apron body part 3. The first cover material 21a is joined with the shield cover body part 2 with a first joining means 221a at a position of a connection part 31 side. A first free end part 121a is forwardly extended along the shield cover body part 2. The fifth cover material 21e is joined with the apron body part 3 with a fourth joining means 221d at a position of the connection part 31 side of the apron body part 3. The rear side end part is rearwardly extended along the apron body part 3.
