The present invention a cartridge for a ultrasonic handpiece which has a simple structure and is easily and manually capable of adjusting a height of a focus, and a ultrasonic handpiece having the same. The ultrasonic handpiece includes a handler (10)； a cartridge (20) detachably attached to the handler (10) and electrically connected to the handler (10) to generate a ultrasonic wave； and an operating switch (30) for controlling the operation of a ultrasonic vibrator (22). According to an embodiment of the present invention, since the handler and the cartridge are detachably coupled to each other, the consumable cartridge may be easily changed if necessary, so that the ultrasonic handpiece is very useful. Since the focus position of the ultrasonic vibrator is manually controlled, the ultrasonic handpiece is very convenient.본 발명은 구조가 단순하면서도 수동방식으로 초점의 높낮이를 쉽게 조절할 수 있는 초음파 핸드피스용 카트리지와 이를 갖춘 초음파 핸드피스에 관한 것으로서, 핸들러(10)와； 상기 핸들러(10)에 착탈가늘하게 결합되며 핸들러(10)와 전기적으로 연결되어 초음파를 발진하는 카트리지(20)； 및 상기 카트리지(20)의 초음파진동자(22)를 동작제어하는 동작스위치(30)로 구성된다.본 실시 예에 의하면, 핸들러와 카트리지는 서로 착탈가능한 구조를 이루고 있어 소모성의 카트리지를 필요에 따라 쉽게 교체할 수 있어 유용하며, 수동방식으로 초음파진동자의 초점위치를 조절할 수 있어 상당히 편리하다.
