[Problem] To provide a health management system that enables gas intake appropriate to a user's health condition through oral intake of necessary gases such as hydrogen and oxygen on the basis of the user's vital signs, by means of a portable gas generation device. [Solution] The health management system is provided with: a portable gas generation device that allows oral suction, through natural respiration while wearing the portable gas generation device for a prescribed time, of a gas selected from among a mix of gases that promote neural activity and/or circulatory activity in a living body and contain hydrogen and/or oxygen generated by electrolyzing an electrolyte that fills an electrolytic bath inside the portable gas generation device； and a wearable portable terminal that is contactingly fastened to a body part and detects quantified vital signs.
