Device for surgical displacement of vertebrae consists of pair of co-working sliding elements, which include projecting part with internal thread and bearing part, as well as drive element with external thread, located between them. Drive element is provided with head. Projecting part of device is provided with thread guide, working together with drive element. Diameter of location corresponds to head diameter, with its length being larger than head length. Bearing part of device has cylindrical location, diameter and length of which correspond to diameter and length of head. Projecting and bearing parts of device are provided with co-working elements: at least, one shaped element and shaped element, constituting lock, preventing separation of parts in perpendicular direction to longitudinal axis of device. Bearing part of device and projecting part are provided with driven anchor elements on external surface. Driven anchor elements are made in form of shelves, provided with locking zones and, at least, one shaped cutting knife. Driven anchor elements have notches.
