The present invention relates to a method for protecting a slope by using a fiber plate performing revegetation and protecting the slope on which the fiber plate is installed as soil conditioning is performed in the fiber plate of a sack shape and enables the revegetation. Two layers of the fiber plate face each other and are backstitched so that inner space of which only an inlet of the upper part is open for the soil conditioning. The inner space is a fiber sack which is formed in parallel by being extended along the slope.
