PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition having excellent inhibitory actions on platelet aggregation.SOLUTION: A quinolone derivative having an amide group at the 3-position and a substituted amino group substituted with a substituent having a cyclic structure at the 7-position or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has excellent inhibitory actions on P2Y12. The quinolone derivative has the excellent inhibitory actions on the platelet aggregation. A medicinal composition comprising the quinolone derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier as active ingredients is useful as an inhibitor of the platelet aggregation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】優れた血小板凝集阻害作用を有する医薬の提供。【解決手段】3位にアミド基、7位に環構造を有する置換基で置換されているアミノ基を有することを特徴とするキノロン誘導体又はその製薬学的に許容される塩が優れたP2Y12阻害作用を有することを見出した。また、これらのキノロン誘導体は、優れた血小板凝集阻害作用を有することも確認された。以上のことから、これらのキノロン誘導体又はその製薬学的に許容される塩、及び製薬学的に許容される担体を有効成分として含む医薬組成物は血小板凝集阻害剤として有用である。【選択図】なし
