PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is less likely to give an uncomfortable feeling around legs of a wearer and is excellent in air permeability and stuffiness prevention.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises a front surface sheet 12 made of a composite sheet, a rear surface sheet 13, and an absorber 14 arranged between both sheets. The composite sheet 10 has a first direction X along an article longitudinal direction and a second direction Y along an article width direction. A first sheet 1 and a second sheet 2, which are laminated, are joined at a plurality of joining parts. The first sheet 1 projects in a direction away from the second sheet 2 at portions other than the joining parts to form convex parts 4 projecting to a skin side of a wearer. The composite sheet 10 has a central region M where the convex parts are formed in patterns different from each other, and a pair of side regions S, S.
