PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product in which a center and side regions of an absorbent core can also effectively provide an absorbent property, and having an excellent liquid return preventive property to skin and an excellent absorbent property for highly viscous excretion liquid.SOLUTION: An absorbent product 1 includes an absorbent body 14 having a skin-side sheet 10, a non-skin-side sheet 13, and an absorbent core 40. The skin-side sheet 10 is made up of a surface sheet 11A having a plurality of tall convex parts 31 and short convex parts 32, in which the short convex parts 32 has higher density than that of the tall convex parts 31, and a liquid passage R surrounding the tall convex parts 31 to communicate with the short convex parts 32. The absorbent core 40 includes a pair of side regions 45 and a center region 41 in an excretion facing part B, the center region 41 being thicker than each of the side regions 45 and integrally formed with the side regions 45.
