A food mould a is formed from paper pulp laminated with a food contact coating. The preferred food is of the type that can be supplied b to its mould as a liquid and then solidify, such as chocolate. After filling, the mould can be covered with film to be used as the packaging, for the consumer to remove the food stuff from. Single moulds can be individually formed or multiple moulds can be integrally formed to be separated later.
