PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp and record a medical institution and the like constituting a predetermined group and an ambient environment of medicines during movement, and properly carry out the purchasing practice or the inventory management of medicines in the entire group.SOLUTION: A medicine inventory management system includes: environment maintenance storage means for maintaining and storing medicines under environment conditions according to product characteristics of the medicines； storage environment detection means for acquiring information relating to environment conditions in the environment maintenance storage means； storage status detection means for detecting that the medicines are stored by the environment maintenance storage means； and determination means for determining the propriety of using or moving the medicines from the detection information by the storage environment detection means and the maintenance status detection means.
