PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dough pastry tool in which dough such as buckwheat noodles is ideally pasted so as not to cause cracks on the surface.SOLUTION: A dough pastry tool comprises a rolling pin 1 and a pastry board 2. The rolling pin is configured as follows: a cylindrical bar-shaped shape is provided lacquer is coated thereon dry lacquer powder is sprinkled before the coated lacquer is dried the lacquer is re-coated thereafter and thereby recesses 11 and protrusions 12 are discontinuously repeated and formed on the surface to form irregularities. The pastry board is configured as follows: a rectangular plate-shaped shape is provided lacquer is coated thereon dry lacquer powder is sprinkled before the coated lacquer is dried the lacquer is re-coated thereafter and thereby recesses 21 and protrusions 22 are discontinuously repeated and formed on the surface to form irregularities.
