The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating fibromyalgia or a functional syndrome associated with fibromyalgia, the pharmaceutical composition comprising: a carbamate compound of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate or a hydrate； and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
