The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a filter, and a filter manufactured using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing a filter in accordance with the present invention allows a metal mesh to be fixated in a correct position by injecting a molten resin while fixating the metal mesh with a fixing pin and coupling a filter body and the metal mesh, and minimizes the occurrence of defective products in a metal mesh bonding process accordingly. The apparatus comprises: a lower mold in which a ring-shaped lower molding frame is installed on the upper surface thereof and a fixing pin is formed to protrude from the upper surface on the center side of the lower molding frame to bond the metal mesh so that the male and female portions thereof are engaged corresponding to each other； and an upper mold which is installed to be lifted in an upper portion of the lower mold and includes an upper molding frame formed on the bottom surface thereof to correspond the lower molding frame and the fixing pin.본 발명에 따른 걸름망 제조장치 및 방법과 이를 이용한 걸름망은, 고정핀을 이용해 금속 메쉬를 고정시킨 상태에서 용융 수지를 주입시켜, 걸름망의 몸체와 금속 메쉬를 결합시킴으로써, 금속 메쉬를 정확한 위치에 고정할 수 있고, 이를 통해 금속 메쉬 결합 공정시 불량품 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 것으로, 상면에 링 형상의 하부 성형틀이 형성되고, 상기 하부 성형틀의 중심측 상면에는 금속 메쉬를 암수로 대응 결합시키기 위한 고정핀이 돌출 형성되는 하부금형 및, 상기 하부금형의 상부에서 승강 가능하게 설치되며, 하면에 상기 하부 성형틀과 상기 고정핀에 대응되도록 상부 성형틀이 형성되는 상부금형을 포함한다.
